An email blast was sent out last year to all Speech Therapist reminding them of our state program California Connect formerly known as California phones. We provide free specialized phones and devices to those who are not only hard of hearing, seeing, moving, remembering, but speaking. We have free speech devices for those who qualify and all they need is a signature on the certification form from a SPL. Please go to californiaphones.org for more info.
