Speech/language therapy needed for adult mild brain injury

My spouse had brain surgery last August for a left frontal lobe subdural hematoma. He was evaluated recently by a neuropsychologist to get a baseline and was found to have certain verbal deficits consistent with his injury. It was recommended that he have targeted speech/language therapy to address verbal memory and related issues. Is this within the scope of what you do? And he is on Medicare.

Thanks.
