My daughter, age 4 (turns 5 in June) was recently diagnosed with Selective Mutism at Banner Diamond Children's. We were given a referral for speech therapy. We are searching for a speech therapist, and want to start speech therapy as soon as possible. We have Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
