I was initially treated at Encompass Health, Aldie, VA and lately Christiana Medical Services, New Castle. DE. I currently live in Herndon, VA - Herndon Harbor House, a senior citizen community.
I am insured with Medicare and Humana. What availability do you have - days/times?
