My daughter has a history of moderate hearing loss, speech and language disorder, and apraxia. Her hearing was improved with surgery, and she was graduated from speech services two years ago. My daughter had a medical scare in October, and since her speech has regressed, her apraxia has dramatically increased. She is using more ASL, sounds, no language or one word responses. She is in first grade, and we are told that her reading aloud fluency is lacking, |
