Affordable, intensive therapy for people with aphasia
Atlas Aphasia Center was formed because all too often, patients with aphasia are sent home too early or discharged from therapy too soon, even when they still need more speech therapy to meet their personal, social, and professional goals. We are the answer to the question, "What happens after insurance runs out?"

Atlas is a nonprofit organization that provides aphasia therapy for the affordable cost of $30/hour, available up to 5 days per week (depending on client needs). Treatment is based on current, evidence-based practice and covers expressive language, auditory comprehension, reading, and writing.

Communication is a basic human right, and medical insurance shouldn't dictate the amount, type, or quality of speech services received. Our mission is to provide ALL people with aphasia the speech therapy they need to find their words and participate fully in life.
Bri is the President and Founder of Atlas Aphasia Center. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Her previous work experience includes acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation. She was also a visiting lecturer and clinical supervisor at The University of Guyana in South America during Fall 2017.
