Description
Dear Dr. Belk,
I am searching for an SLP for my dad, Doug Johnson, who is 73 years old, lives in Clackamas, and in the moderate stage of Alzheimer's. He has recently been struggling more with speech, and has asked me to find a therapist to help. He's always been a hard worker and I think would benefit from goals and routine in this area. Please give me a call to discuss if he sounds like a possible patient for you.
Best wishes,
Emily
