Seeking SLP to treat Dysphagia in IDD adult at home

Description
I'm looking for a speech therapist to work with an 68 yo adult IDD patient with newly acquired dysphagia due to a long hospitalization for Covid Pneumonia. He currently is NPO and has a G tube. His current therapist has worked with ice chips with him and he is making progress. We have been working for 3 months on it and are soon to complete a barium swallow study to see where we are at. Our current therapist doesn't have availability for the amount of visits we would like. We would like to have 5 times a week speech therapy in his home. It would also include training unlicensed caregivers as he progresses.
