AlediumHR is seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Speech-Language Pathologist for onsite services, looking to elevate your career in a flexible, future-forward setting in Houston, TX.

What You'll Do:

Deliver face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse pediatric population across locations in the Houston area. (Never multiple locations in one day, and you are reimbursed for all mileage.)

Collaborate closely with instructors and seasoned clinical mentors to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Complete, accurate, and timely documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a case manager or process coordinator as needed.

Utilize proprietary digital tools that streamline care and administrative tasks.

Dedicate approximately 80% of your time to direct therapy and 20% to administrative work, which can be completed remotely.

Qualifications
Active, unrestricted SLP license in your state of residence (in good standing)

CCC-SLP: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with pediatric populations

Full-time residency in the United States

Consistent and reliable transportation for travel between buildings. (If needed)

Comfort and confidence using technology in therapy sessions

Access to a personal laptop (not a Chromebook) for documentation and system access
