For Children, some of the problems that we treat using online speech therapy include but are not limited to: Stuttering, Expressive and Receptive Language Disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Phonological Processes, Voice Disorders, Social Communication, Reading and Writing.
For Adults, some of the problems that we treat using telepractice (remote/online speech therapy) include: Aphasia, Dysarthria, Voice Disorders, Articulation, Stuttering and Cognitive Communication Disorders. We also provide Coaching for Professional Speaking. We also have speech-language pathologists who are certified in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment program (LSVT) for Parkinson's Disease.
Education/Training
Our certified team of speech-language pathologists are experts in communication. Each therapist holds a master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders and has completed rigorous post-graduate training. Many of our speech pathologists maintain affiliation and membership with other professional groups or hold specialty certifications.
Bio
Allison Geller M.A. CCC-SLP is a speech language pathologist who founded Connected Speech Pathology in 2018. She uses her background in working with all age groups and a wide variety of diagnoses when delivering online speech language pathology with her own clients. She is passionate about therapy that is effective, convenient, and accessible to individuals who otherwise could not be reached. Allison has hand-selected each therapist on the team and makes it a priority to match clients with the right therapist.
Allison has over 20 years of experience working with a wide range of communication problems. Experiences include voice and swallowing treatment at the only NCI-designated cancer center in Florida, clinical coordinator of research in aphasia at Columbia University Medical Center in New York, and in-home and center-based therapy and evaluations for children with speech and language difficulties. Allison has presented her research at international conferences and has had her research published in highly regarded medical journals. She is on the Board of Directors for the Corporate Speech Pathology Network (CORSPAN). Allison is certified in Compton PESL for accent modification, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) and a proud Gardiner Scholarship/ Step-Up For Students provider. All of these experiences and specialized training make her well-rounded and give her a good eye for selecting the most talented speech pathologists from around the country to join her team.

All of our SLPs are Certified by The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
We are certified in specialty areas such as the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment Program (LSVT) for Parkinson's disease and the Compton PESL method for Accent Modification.
We are direct Gardiner Scholarship Providers (FL).

We are a self-pay private practice. While we do not accept health insurance, we can provide invoices for submission for 3rd party reimbursement.
