We provide in-home and community/school-based diagnostic and therapeutic services to children of all ages. Some of the communities we serve include but are not limited to: Alexandria, Arlington, Springfield, Fairfax, Reston, Oakton, Centreville and Chantilly., Speech Beginnings, PLC is owned and operated by Jamey Lord, a certified speech language pathologist with 21 years experience working with speech-language delayed children.

Bio
Jamey Lord earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Speech Pathology from Indiana University. She has 21 years experience as a speech–language pathologist working with preschool and elementary-aged children. Before opening the private practice, Jamey worked as a school-based speech–language pathologist in North Carolina and Virginia.
