Bio
Karen has been practicing speech-language pathology since 1984. She has focused her practice on helping children improve their speech, language and communication skills. Her areas of practice include Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and childhood fluency disorders. Karen has advanced training in both of these areas. She has presented on CAS and fluency disorders.
Karen lives in Phoenix, Arizona. She is a Master Gardener, an avid hiker and loves to travel in the beautiful Southwest with her husband and rescue dog, Coco. Karen and her husband have two grown daughters who are successful historian/teacher and intensive care nurse.
