Horizon Speech Therapy Services is a private practice specializing in pediatric speech and feeding therapy. We work with children age 1 to 17 years. Our services are provided in our bright, child-friendly, ground-floor office. We are easily accessible from most major NJ highways.
Our areas of specialty: Oral-motor, Feeding and Swallowing, Articulation (speech sound production), Apraxia, Tongue Thrust, Tongue-Tie.
We provide comprehensive evaluations with detailed written reports, as well as individualized therapy sessions. We work closely with all professionals who work with your child. This includes pediatricians, specialty doctors, other therapists, as well as with day care centers and school. This means that we ensure a well-rounded treatment plan for your child, which in turn ensures the maximum success for your child. Most importantly, we work together with you, the parent, every step of the way. We provide activities and exercises you can use at home to practice the new skills your child has learned in therapy.

Bio
My name is Susan Rothschild, M.S., CCC.SLP. I am a Certified and NJ and NY State Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, and the owner of this private speech therapy practice. This practice was established in 1998, and I have over 25 years of clinical experience. I am also a mother of three wonderful children, two of which have developmental delays and have received many types of therapies and special education for many years. My own personal experiences as a mom of these amazing children have given me the ability to guide you through any struggles or difficulties you may be experiencing in the process of getting your child the help they need. I created this practice in order to use my many years of experience to help children of all ages experience success!
