I am a speech language pathologist with over 12 years experience treating patients of all ages. My specialties include articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, and social/pragmatic language. I work in school settings with direct experience with children and students ages 2 to 21 and have extensive knowledge and understanding of the IEP process. Along with providing therapy I also offer consultation to families who are involved in the IEP process of referral, evaluation, and meetings. I have worked in several different school systems within the state of MA and understand the ins and outs of speech therapy services provided by schools. I opened a private practice to be able to provide high quality therapy to children and their families by targeting their specific needs without the restrictions of the school based setting.
I look forward to speaking with you and I cannot wait to get started on the path to helping your child achieve their goals.

Bio
I am a speech language pathologist with over 12 years experience. Throughout my life I have always been involved with children from babysitting, nannying, being Speech Language Pathology Assistant in the school setting, becoming a Speech Language Pathologist in 2008, and now as a mother of school aged children myself. I find working with children and students to be extremely rewarding and am most fulfilled when working with children and their caregivers/parents to achieve effective communication. I believe that everyone has something important to say and it is my goal to help them be understood by whichever means is best.
