Bailey has worked across multiple settings over the past 15 years. She has acquired training and experience working with a wide range of disorders, diagnoses, and clients. She has worked with pediatric speech therapy clients in their natural environment providing early intervention services, school aged language and speech students, and middle and high-school students with language and social communication goals. When working in hospitals and home health settings, she supported clients with speech, language, cognitive, and dysphagia needs. With both children and adults, Bailey has assessed and trained clients to use AAC devices and use alternative forms of communication. Bailey provides gender affirming voice and communication training in person and remotely. Bailey is also trained and experienced in accent reduction as well as dialect coaching. She works with professionals as well as corporations to provide public speaking, elocution, cross cultural communication, and presentation skills. Speech Therapy in Castle Rock available in-office.
