Good morning,
My name is Caroline, and I am a young adult struggling with sensory-related overactive gag reflex. It is not feeding specific, although it can sometimes be triggered by a taste or texture of food. It is triggered by seeing, hearing, smelling, or tasting something "gross". I have gotten physically sick several times and live in constant worry about being triggered.
