Hi, I was wondering if you have dealt much with muscle tension dysphonia, I have suffered with it for twenty years and havnt had much help, I once seen a speech therapist through the nhs but was only giving vocal exercises, as I have pain in my neck and also tmj pain I feel that this may be the cause and not just anxiety or lack of correct speech. Do you deal with tmj problems and facial massage techniques etc. I’m eager to get some help. Thanks |
