A few years ago I had a experience with marijuana where I became paranoid, and muscle tension(I think) caused my throat to make a swallowing gulping sound. Since that experience I feel as if I have forgotten how to swallow. My throat makes a gulping sound following by food and saliva getting stuck in throat. It’s gotten much worse and now it’s to a point where coworkers make fun of me, friends get frustrated, I don’t even enjoy dinner with family, I’m embarrassed constantly and I’m losing hope |
