Hi Veronica,
I am a singer, and speaker. Over the past few years I have done what feels like considerable damage to my to my singing voice through smoking, improper singing techniques and working an outdoor job.
I have very limited time to rest and its caused me to have to alter my voice in ways that it doesn't crack or fatigue and I simply don't know what I'm doing.
