About Us:
Early Learning Partners, Inc. is a small, therapist-owned and operated pediatric therapy company dedicated to serving infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) and their families. We provide developmental evaluations and therapy in the child’s natural environment, including homes and community settings. We are seeking a passionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who not only provides direct services but is also interested in taking on supervisory responsibilities as part of a growing and supportive team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an SLP who is excited about early intervention, mentoring developing clinicians (including Clinical Fellows, SLPAs, and graduate student interns), and contributing to a collaborative therapy team. This position combines direct service delivery with professional supervision responsibilities and offers flexibility, autonomy, and support from experienced leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and deliver treatment services in home and community settings for children ages 0–3.
Provide supervision and mentorship for Clinical Fellows (CFs) and/or other SLP team members, in accordance with ASHA and state guidelines.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and service coordinators to develop and implement individualized plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regional center requirements.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Represent Early Learning Partners with professionalism and care in the community.

Compensation:
$80/hour for Clinical Fellows (CFs).
$86 - $96/hour for Licensed SLPs with supervisory duties.
Rate is commensurate with education, licensure status, and experience.
Location:
In-home and community-based Early Intervention services in Ventura County, including: Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo, Santa Paula, Fillmore, Ojai, Oak View
Schedule:
Per diem (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling.
Build a caseload of 15–25+ hours per week based on availability and demand.
Sessions typically occur Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Current California SLP Licensure (required).
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience (preferred); Early Intervention experience a plus.
Previous supervision experience or willingness to supervise SLPAs, CFs and new team members (training provided if needed).
Reliable transportation and a valid California driver’s license.
CPR/First Aid Certification.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred, but not required.
