Emily is a Seattle-based speech-language pathologist with over a decade of experience in the outpatient therapy setting where she specialized in neurological disorders. She loves to help adults meet their goals for communication, thinking, voice, and swallowing. She is not the kind of therapist who is tied to a workbook - she focuses on meaningful goals to help people participate more in their life. She has been providing LSVT-Loud voice treatment for individuals with Parkinsons Disease for years. She is more newly certified in the McNeil Dysphagia Treatment Program which targets improved swallowing. She provides services in peoples' homes in the Seattle area and online via teletherapy.

Bio
Emily Hansen, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist who specializes in treating adults with neurological conditions including stroke, Parkinsons disease, Multiple Sclerosis, dementia, TBI and concussion. She also has a experience treating voice disorders. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, she pursued her Masters' Degree at the University of Washington and fell in love with the Seattle area. While she is experienced providing therapy across hospital settings, she has focused on outpatient services in a hospital clinic and private practice.
