We provide customized speech therapy for a variety of speech, language, feeding disorders/delays. Our experienced clinicians will customize a therapy plan that includes home programming and collaboration with other professionals, as well as therapy techniques that are best suited for your child.
BPTx was founded on the concept of helping children reach their highest potential with customized onsite and clinic-based speech therapy interventions.

Bio
A licensed and insured speech-language pathologist, Amanda Myers has more than 20 years of experience working with children, from newborns to those in their teenage years. She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, in-patient and out-patient clinics, and homes.
Amanda graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She then went on to receive a Master’s Degree from James Madison University. After her studies, she completed a year-long clinical fellowship at the University of Minnesota Children’s Hospital.
Aside from her educational degrees, Amanda was awarded a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Amanda was the recipient of the 2018 ACE Award from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is a member of the West Hennepin Chamber of Commerce, Westonka Healthy Community Collaborative, and the Westonka Community and Commerce. Additionally, BPTx is a yearly sponsor for community events benefiting the Autism Society of Minnesota (AuSM).
On the personal side of things, Amanda is married and is the mother of four children. She and her husband Mitch are also raising a child with autism. Together, they understand the time, dedication, and commitment it takes to run a busy household.
