Dr. Lisa Grossman, founder and principal of Connect 2 Hire, LLC, is a speech and language pathologist with over 27 years of experience working with children and young adults. She graduated with a Baccalaureate and Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology. Lisa then pursued her studies in Educational Leadership and earned a Doctoral degree. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA) as well as a Florida state license.

Lisa gained clinical expertise and management experience in a variety of settings including home-based and early intervention programs, public and private schools, and as an adjunct professor at Broward Community College. She is most passionate about working with a team of professionals who value multidisciplinary approaches to the evaluation and treatment of various communication disorders. Services are provided based on comprehensive research and best practices in the field, skillful clinical judgment, collaboration with school administrators/faculty and support personnel, and in partnership with clients and their families.

Connect 2 Hire provides services throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We believe in the efficacy of providing therapy in an environment most comfortable for each child and family – private office, home, day-care, pre-school, or public location.
