Partners In Communication (PIC) specializes in providing speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to adults, teens, and children.
We provide services across the state of Kentucky, including Louisville, Lexington, Richmond, Elizabethtown, and all points in between.
MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of PIC is to maximize independent functioning in daily living activities through the provision of skilled and functional therapy services as well as through the provision of quality support services for persons with special needs. At the same time, we desire to build and increase friendships, socialization opportunities, decision and choice-making, and the variety of educational and enjoyable experiences of our clients, thus increasing their quality of life. In doing so, we will promote their empowerment, dignity, and self-worth. Ultimately, we strive to increase the functioning of our clients and caregivers through functional training, natural support networks, and communication.
VISIONS:
PIC will be a leader for provision of therapy services, therapy staffing services, and recipient-based support services for persons with disabilities or acquired head injuries.
PIC will provide staffing end employment atmospheres that are conducive to quality recruitment and retention.
PIC will provide client services that are functional and based on outcomes directed toward increased independence.
With high quality supports and functional training, clients will be able to perform daily living activities with increased independence, ultimately decreasing future costs of supportive services.

Bio
Grace Diehlman, MAEd, CCC-SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist, is the Executive Director of PIC. She has 10 years of experience working with persons with communication disorders. Her personal passion includes adults with disabilities and head injuries.
