Dyslexia Screening Assessments and Therapy
KLM Multisensory Language
Since 1984, I have worked with professionally diagnosed clients who have dyslexia or related disorders such as language based learning disabilities. I use various programs depending on the needs of my clients. Take Flight, Rewards, Basic Language Skills, Wilson, and Lindamood-Bell are some of the programs that I am able to implement with my clients. I teach phonological processing, alphabet-dictionary-vocabulary skills, decoding, reading fluency, scientific spelling, comprehension, and written expression skills. I also do initial baseline testing and assessment screening as well as progress monitoring with standardized tests such as the CTOPP, GORT-4, and TOWRE-4. My clients usually work for at least two years to complete the remedial process of language retraining.
