Bio
Keira graduated Summa Cum Laude from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language-Hearing Science and a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Keira's passion for the field of speech-language pathology began more than ten years ago. Her work experience includes pediatric hospital, school, and private practice settings. She owned and operated a successful private practice in Northern Virginia for several years prior to moving back to the Chester County area where she grew up.
Keira has extensive knowledge and continuing education in the areas of developmental delays, language disorders, Apraxia of Speech, Autism Spectrum Disorders, articulation, phonology, oral motor dysfunction, nonverbal learning disorder, reading comprehension, writing, and cognition. Training includes PROMPT, DIR/Floortime, and Beckman Oral Motor Protocol.
