I use an alternative, integrative approach to the treatment of all pediatric communication disorders, language-based learning disabilities, oral-motor difficulties, feeding disorders and muscle-based speech disorders . My practice is integrative with occupational therapy, behavior therapy, psychology and marriage & family counseling to provide an broad array of services. I emphasize treatment of the whole child and family. I specialize in working with children who have Autism, Apraxia, motor-based disorders, phonological & articulation disorders, language disorders and social-cognitive deficits. I specialize in treatment of biling bicultural individuals. I work in English/Spanish/French.

Bio
I have been a practicing speech-language pathologist since 2000. I earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Latin American Studies in 1995. I earned an M.A. in Communication Disorders from Temple University in 1999. I am certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and have a California License to practice. I have worked in the United States, France and Singapore with a variety of speech-language-learning difficulties. I have specialized training in PROMPT, oral-motor disorders, motor-speech disorders, Apraxia & feeding disorders. I am trained in Pediatric Myofascial Release for the treatment of muscle-based speech disorders, dysphagia, TMJ, breath support/respiration and voice disorders.
