Rebuilding Lives after Brain Injury & Stroke
I have been working with individuals with neurologic impairments for over 15 years and have valuable experience from some of the top rehabilitation centers in the country. I provide comprehensive evaluations and follow-up treatment for individuals with stroke, brain injury, concussion, brain tumors, aphasia, apraxia, and other neurogenic conditions. I tailor therapy to your individualized treatment goals, and focus on restoring your ability to do the things you love to do at home, in the community, at school, or at work. My philosophy is based on the Life Participation approach, which considers the whole person, their environment, and the connection of therapy tasks to participation in the activities of daily life.
Therapy sessions can be based in my office, your home, the community or in a group or family centered environment. Treatment is functional, rewarding and supportive. I strive to empower my patients and their families while improving outcomes and independence.

Bio
I have worked with individuals with brain injuries and stroke for over 15 years in the outpatient rehabilitation setting. I also have extensive experience working on a rehabilitation team and coordinating with neurologists, neuropsychologists, case managers, vocational therapists, physical therapists and occupational therapists. It truly takes a team of professionals to address the complex needs of an individual who is recovering from neurologic impairments. I have led group therapy in both supportive and therapeutic contexts, and have given many lectures and educational presentations on my services and neurologic impairments. I love what I do and am passionate about the services I provide.
