The Miami SLP specializes in diagnosing and treating the pediatric population. We provide personalized speech and language services that are play based, child led, and family centered. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service by creating a specialized, individualized treatment plan for each client. We are committed to fostering a supportive, engaging, and interactive environment that encourages growth, nurtures confidence, and inspires positive outcomes.
Bio
Welcome! I, Christina, am the founder of The Miami SLP. I am a fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and later graduated from Florida International University with my Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. While completing my masters, I worked alongside skilled clinicians in various settings, including private practices, a rehabilitation hospital, and in the acute care setting. These opportunities allowed me to gain confidence in treating and evaluating children and adults, alike. My passion for making a difference in the lives of others encouraged me to open The Miami SLP.
