Denise Stratton CCC-SLP, is the owner and principal therapist of Timpanogos Speech Clinic. We are dedicated to helping children reach their speech and language potential. So much of life's successes depend on clear communication skills. Over 25 years of training and experience provide us the tools to personalize therapy to the specific needs of your child. Denise is passionate about maintaining the highest quality of treatment and has a talent for finding the particular "missing piece" of the puzzle that interferes with a child's communication progress. Located in Highland, we serve the families of Utah County.

We specialize in...

PROMPT
Denise has been trained in the PROMPT method, which is a highly effective therapy technique developed to treat speech disorders. The therapist uses tactile cues to help clients learn how to move their muscles more efficiently when speaking. PROMPT is a terrific tool for Apraxia.

R THERAPY
Denise co-authored a book on R therapy for speech therapists, based on her own discoveries about how to teach this very challenging sound. Her book is currently in university libraries for speech therapy students to use in training.

AUTISM
Denise is certified in More Than Words, developed by the Hanen Centre. More Than Words is a family-centered play routine designed to help preschool autistic children interact meaningfully with others and connect with the world around them.
