Practice Information

I am proud to be offering my speech services to your child. I have 30 years experience and have worked in many of the top districts in Westchester County servicing children from 2-21. I believe that therapy should be child centered and work from a place of building self esteem at all times. I have helped children overcome many learning obstacles and have given them tools to aid them build their skills. I have experience with ADD, auditory processing ,articulation, pragmatics, reading disabilities, higher level language issues, vocabulary/word finding, executive function/writing. I experience working with children with many varying disabilties. Many children who just have articulation needs are not easily scheduled in the districts. Bio:

Experience with assessments/evaluations. Have attended IEP conferences. Have written many evaluations for districts and can interpret results. Referrals to other professionals for aid support offered. Can conference with others if needed for support as well. Consider myself to be an advocate for my clients and will provide as much support that is needed. I am a creative and enjoy using literature within my sessions. I believe that a child's oral narrative skills are greatly improved by reading. Its fun to use language concepts via literature. I like to capitalize on your child's interests and make learning a great deal of fun for them.
