We provide pediatric speech therapy services in your home or child’s school, in Montgomery County, MD and Washington, DC. Our Mission: We are committed to giving little sprouts a voice, increased confidence, and a sense of control over their little worlds by providing access to a variety of successful communication & feeding strategies and tools. Our purpose is to operate in excellence at all times with our families and little sprouts as our primary focus. All decisions we make will be governed around what is best in service to our clients. Our goal is to be known as an “Action-Based” boutique practice that gets your little sprout and family real results. Bio:

Hallie Bulkin MA, CCC-SLP, is the founder and executive director. Hallie received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from The University of Maryland. Hallie is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland and in the District of Columbia. She is also a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the American Academy of Private Practice in Speech Pathology and Audiology (AAPPSPA). Hallie is trained in PROMPT, A Sensory-Motor Approach to Feeding, Food Chaining, AAC & PECS. Hallie previously worked with Montgomery County Public Schools in their Preschool Education Program (PEP) and in Montgomery County Infants & Toddler Program (MCITP). Hallie has an extensive understanding of the Maryland public school special education system, Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) process. Hallie also has experience working in the private Speech-Language Pathology sector providing a variety of pediatric speech, language and feeding therapies in home and private school based settings. In her spare time, you will find Hallie spending time with her husband, Vlad, their daughter Lily and their Jack-A-Bee puppy, Coby!
