This is using a horse as a therapeutic tool. As a parent of two special needs children I have a direct experience into the major challenges many parents face. My 32 years of experience working in the public schools and in my private practice have given me a multitude of challenges which I have tackled successfully. I am very willing to travel to different locations around the Denver metro area, do home visits and evening/weekend appointments. My latest passion is combining speech/language therapy with the therapeutic movement of a horse (known as hippotherapy). It has been extremely successful with autism spectrum disorders.
