Meadow Speech Therapy offers in-person speech therapy in Santa Fe and online teletherapy services throughout New Mexico. Meadow Speech Therapy has been providing services throughout New Mexico since 2019. Experience includes working with school-aged children (PK-12th grade), adults in rehabilitation facilities, and adults living in group homes. We offer evidence and clinically based treatment plans, personalized goals, and client-centered speech and language therapy. Meadow Speech Therapy strives to provide the highest quality speech and language therapy to serve everyone’s unique needs.

I have had extensive experience in many school settings (K-12) as well as rehabilitation experience with children and adults in rehab settings in addition to my private practice. I have worked many years in the public schools with children of all ages who have difficulties with articulation and phonology, apraxia, fluency, language delays, learning disabilities, traumatic brain injury, augmentative communication,cerebral palsy, cleft palate, auditory processing , hearing impairments, and autism. In addition, I have worked with adults with challenges related to brain injury, stroke, aphasia, developmental delays, dysarthria, cognition and accent reduction. Being a Speech Therapy has been a long and very rewarding career that I continue to pursue.

Hello everyone, My name is Justine Dodge, and I am excited to be providing pediatric speech-language pathology services to the Los Alamos and White Rock areas. My family and I moved to Los Alamos at the end of 2017. I have been working as an inpatient and outpatient SLP at Los Alamos Medical Center since January of 2018. I am presently providing adult rehab and acute services at LAMC, and I have 5 years of prior experience with treating toddlers and school-aged children with a variety of therapeutic needs. At the end of 2019, I started a small private practice called The Root Therapy Services. I focus on providing treatment for articulation and phonological delays and impairments, childhood apraxia of speech, autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, language based delays and disorders, stuttering, feeding and swallowing difficulties, traumatic brain injury and cognitive reorganization (related to sports injuries, etc.), vocal cord dysfunction, and other voice disorders. Over the past several years, the qualification criteria for school therapy services has become more stringent, meaning that many people who may have qualified and benefited from services early on might not receive any services under current regulations and policies. At The Root, it is my goal to identify the need for services early on, and provide intervention that is appropriate for the individual. At this time, I am doing telepractice visits only.
