Adult aphasia as a result of glioblastoma
Type
Speech-Language Pathology
Location
Crowley, TX 76036
Description
My son John, age 49, has aphasia as a result of glioblastoma multiform. He is 26 months post diagnosis. He just had his third surgery related to this issue. His aphasia is almost always present but during stressful times, he is almost completely unable to communicate. His neurological oncologist suggested that speech therapy may be helpful.

He is fully covered by BlueCross/BlueShield.
