| I had a bout of laryngitis about 3 weeks ago. It has taken some time to recover my voice. It is still raspy. I saw a laryngologist in NYC. He scoped my larynx and saw inflammation of the vocal cords. He recommend voice therapy with a speech pathologist. He recommended straw voice exercises as a starting point. and start working on making my voice better and have more stamina. I live in the Peninsula community. |
