Anna’s therapeutic approach is family-centered and supportive. She is Hanen® certified so she creates a partnership with parents. Parents play an important role in speech language therapy. She addresses the needs and priorities of family members and caregivers. She collaborates with other professionals (teachers, therapists, doctors, etc…) to better meet the developmental needs of the child. Since each child understands and uses language differently, she uses multi-sensory strategies. She uses visual, tactile, auditory, and kinesthetic cues to help children acquire speech and language skills. Anna emphasizes social emotional development.
