In-home, private therapy provided to children in the near north side of Chicago. Services are provided in Lincoln Park, Lake View, Old Town, Bucktown, Downtown and Wicker Park. Quality speech therapy is provided in the natural environment, such as your home or day care center. Karen is a highly dedicated speech therapist and is trained to treat children in the Early Intervention system. Karen received both her Bachelor and Masters degrees in Speech Language Pathology from Marquette University. Karen has received additional training in Beckman Oral Motor program. She is certified by Early Intervention in Illinois.

Karen is a licensed pediatric speech language pathologist who has been practicing since 2005. Karen has provided therapy in a variety of clinical settings, including in-home speech services, addressing the needs of preschool age children through adults. She is a dedicated and caring professional who enjoys working with young children and their families to provide personalized therapy to help your child achieve their communication goals. Karen has extensive experience in the diagnosis and intervention of children with a variety of communication disorders including: receptive and expressive language, motor speech such as apraxia, oral motor, articulation, and pervasive developmental disorders.
