Welcome to convenient and effective therapy at Sound Steps. I am passionate about unlocking the magic of communication for all. With mountains of dedication and oceans of ideas, I’m here to share adventures, victories, and goofy moments along the way. I am motivated to provide empowering services that come to you on your schedule. If your child doesn’t qualify for services in school or outpatient waitlists for afternoon spots are too long, I’m here to help. Let’s make a difference together. I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric articulation, language, and fluency disorders. As a PROMPT Trained speech-language pathologist, who values both child-led and adult-led intervention, and has a decade of experience working with children across agencies in New Mexico, I provide clinical expertise that has lasting influence. See your child’s skills grow through play, songs, crafts, books, practice tasks, and daily routines embedded with meaning.

Bio:

As a child with speech-language delays and a stutter, I had two speech therapists who helped me more than words can express. I earned a BA in Speech & Hearing Sciences and a MS in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of New Mexico knowing that I wanted to help children communicate in the best way possible. After ten years of providing early intervention, services in elementary / middle / high schools, and working at two outpatient clinics across NM I’m ready to provide care the way that I want to!
