I have worked in the school districts from elementary to high school levels. Cold Spring Speech Therapy is an empathetic and neurodiversity-affirming private practice providing speech and language therapy services to children and adults in New York State. Angela McGee is a highly-trained speech-language pathologist dedicated to working with children. In addition, she spent a year working for Johns Hopkins University, where she designed and presented a literacy research study in collaboration with the Director of the medical school's Division of Cognitive Neurology and Neuropsychology.

A speech language pathologist with 20 years of experience, Andrea specializes in bilingual language development and disorders, and neurogenic communication disorders. Andrea’s extensive experience enables her to provide optimal treatment for clients by using a functional approach. Each client receives a program tailored especially for his or her daily needs, and she takes each individual’s environment into consideration. Her functional approach entails continuous collaboration with family and other professionals. With her years in the field and in various areas, she is a highly valued resource for her clients. Andrea remains committed to the communities in which she lives and serves, and is an active volunteer for several organizations.

Accessible Speech-Language Pathology provides speech therapy services via telepractice to clients physically located in New York, Virginia and Florida and Ontario, Canada at the time of their appointments. Telepractice is an evidence based service modality that utilizes HIPAA compliant video conferencing software to connect the speech-language pathologist with the client in real time for speech therapy appointments. Loren Alexander MS CCC-SLP TSSLD Reg. CASLPO is the founder and CEO of Accessible Speech-Language Pathology. Loren transitioned to providing services via telepractice in 2019. She loves how telepractice makes speech therapy accessible to clients who cannot commute to receive services or do not want to commute, and how it allows an opportunity for caregivers/loved ones to observe and participate in the sessions in order to maximize carry over of skills to the client’s daily life.
