I am owner/therapist of The Center for Speech Language Intervention. I have experience in schools but find that one on one intervention is the most productive way to provide optimal services for the client. Another aspect of communication intervention is to address psychosocial/behavioral issues that may accompany communication challenges. While we want to use research based interventions such as Interactive Metronome which accesses neuroplasticity to support therapeutic goals, there is also an organic process of being flexible in engaging with your child.
