Accessible Speech-Language Pathology provides speech therapy services via telepractice to clients physically located in New York, Virginia and Florida and Ontario, Canada at the time of their appointments. Telepractice is an evidence based service modality that utilizes HIPAA compliant video conferencing software to connect the speech-language pathologist with the client in real time for speech therapy appointments. She loves how telepractice makes speech therapy accessible to clients who cannot commute to receive services or do not want to commute, and how it allows an opportunity for caregivers/loved ones to observe and participate in the sessions in order to maximize carry over of skills to the client’s daily life.
