Need ST that deals with dysphasia in adults

Description
I am looking for ST for my husband who has dysphagia. He had spine surgery 3 wks ago had bone spur removed that was above the plate from a previous fusion. The bone was pushing against his esophagus causing major swallowing issues. He ended up back in hospital over the weekend with severe inflammation in esophagus. He was discharged him on level 5 diet recommended follow-up with ST but OMC appts are 2 months out he can't wait that long.
