Creating Communication and Connections is a speech therapy service intended to conduct best practices and bridge the gap between where a client is and where they would like to be by building their communication and their connections between their peers and family. We are a speech therapy service who conducts home-based visits / teletherapy to promote best practice speech therapy to toddlers, children, and adolescents to strengthen and build their speech, language, and communication abilities. We Provide: Screenings - We provide a quick look at your child’s skills and abilities in order to determine whether an evaluation is warranted. Evaluations - We provide a full comprehensive evaluation in order to identify your child’s strengths and needs. Speech Therapy - When the child’s needs are determined the clinician will establish a therapy plan in order to service the child provided with goals. Parent coaching/Family Support - We provide support to the family in order to promote carryover of skills into the child’s everyday life.
