Autism Spectrum can be difficult to diagnose, and it can be confused with other neuropsychological conditions, such as Nonverbal Learning Disability (NLD). However, an accurate autism diagnosis is critical so that important therapeutic services may be instituted. The Center for Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology serves the audiological & speech-language needs of individuals in the community and provides outstanding clinical training for audiology doctoral students and speech-language pathology master's students. The Center provides clinical diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services for individuals across the lifespan with hearing impairment, auditory processing problems, balance concerns, speech disorders language disorders.
